If you want to moan at someone, and frankly I think you should, go make a posting on the vendors section of the CustomPC (http://www.custompc.co.uk) forums. Given OCuk's biggest profit segment are the enthusiasts who read mags like CustomPC, they might actually take notice if you publicise your experiences on an enthusiast website. Maybe someone on the forums will have some advice too.
I have to say, I have a feeling most of the actual errors were down to ShittyLink, but the OCuk service line is known for being understaffed, mostly engaged, and not that helpful.
