CityLink didn't help, but Overclockers promising to resolve the problem and then doing the exact opposite, twice, and then being hard to get hold of and untrustworthy, failing to meet their promises, failing to know their own systems, failing to communicate with me at all, and failing to accept any responsibility for any of the above, was entirely their own problem.
