maria icons!

I've been indulging my pash on Mariacarla Boscono and making lots of icons to fill my new icon space. I ended up making more than I want to use, so there are icons going spare. All photos are from http://www.mariacarlaboscono.hpg.ig.com.br/. If you want to take any of these and mess around with them further, go for it, or feel free to tell me any text you want adding or anything and I can do it for you.

I'm using 1, 2, 3, 5, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19. But to be honest I don't mind using the same icon as someone else if you want any of those as well.

go for it! it's really not hard to make nice icons out of advertisements. They tend to be very nicely photographed. One of the main reason I like Maria so much is that as well as being stunning, the shoots she does tend to be quite gothic and moody, which I like.

really? gah. oh well, direct linking is technically bandwidth theft so I shouldn't complain. I'd upload them to my server but it's down at the moment. If you are keen to avoid work, then you can find them by going to the website linked in the entry and clicking "advertisements" ... it's the second set.

isn't she delicious? I first started using her as icons because she very occasionally looks like me, but she's far prettier, and really her faceshape is very very different. it's just certain angles and photographers. Then I got to keeping up with her shoots and ... wow. I'm not into fashion but she's amazing.

Holy moly, that's quick! I'm glad you like it! Like I said about the scarf, dark green doesn't really suit me, and since it matches the scarf it's better for you to have both. I'm in the process of paring down to the bare essentials myself right now, so it probably would have ended up in a garage sale with a 50 cent sticker eventually otherwise. :)

The sucky thing is that I mailed the package just a few days before your post went up about Paris. I really hope you can still find a use for the Euros. Sweden? Or else maybe kick up the price a bit on your Paris trip sale, and throw it in as a bonus. "Lunch money included!" :)

I haven't sent your package yet. It's all made up and sitting on my bedroom floor and I'm not doing any of that stuff until after exams. Should reach you soon though.

Also! Apparently Finland has euros, so that is all absolutely fine. Yay. I have some notes leftover from Italy as well.

And. And! Apparently Finland and Scandinavia get the aurora sometimes! that would be amazing. I still can't quite believe it happens, even though I know why and everything.

cold? I suppose you're right. Not what I was deliberately aiming for, but not something I mind. Interesting :)

I feel that these are cheating though because most of the work has been done for me with the photography and the fashion design and so forth. Mine was just an editing process. But still, fun. I can't wait to get working on my websites again, although I need a new monitor - this one is too dark!
